ANNUAL AUTUMN AUCTION OCTOBER 10, 2009

KCA's Annual Autumn Auction is approaching fast!

Auction Recipe for Success:

1. Start with overflowing cups of help from everyone! We can't have too much of this. Help comes in all forms from organizing to soliciting to donating!

Volunteers are needed in all areas including setting up, food, the craft table, silent auction, children's activities, live auction, cleaning up (double volunteer hours for this!) and soliciting businesses for donations.

2. Add generous donations of new or "gently used" items. Not too heavy, easily moved and carried. Services work well. One or two time-shares add just the right sweetness!

3.  Stir in donations from local businesses obtained by volunteers who ask the merchants for donations.    These are easy to add and give our auction a special spiciness! Remember, we have not because we ask not.

4. Mix all together with smiles, fun, laughter and love for our wonderful KCA.

5. Simmer til 3:00 pm and Enjoy!

Saturday, October 3, 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon

Any school day by appointment, 9:30 a.m. - 3:00p.m.
