The Kings Christian Academy

  First Grade is excited about beginning its first  SCIENCE  FAIR  project!

We are learning the steps it takes to be a good scientist and find out answers

to our 'scientific' question.  Right now we are seeking to explore a little

more just how important is this CLEAN HANDS thing we are always being

told about.  (more to come on this later )

PARENT's DAY is coming up on Feb. 3 and we hope to see a lot of you there.

Be sure and get those permission slips in to take us out to lunch!!

And, of course, we LOVE our Valentine's Party and the chance to give away

our frienship cards to our classmates.  Thanks to Mrs. Fisher & Mrs. Foreman

for already volunteering to help organize this!! February 14, of course, is the

date to remember!!

Congratulations to NOE BAKER for being the first one to claim her Blue Crabs

ticket in the reading challenge program brought to us by Pinch the Crab and

the Blue Crabs organization!

Backwards letters/nos.- -1pt.(limited to -5 on Tests & Lang.)

No spacing in Lang. Sentence Wr. --  -1pt.

No coloring (when assigned)- -1pt.

Capitals (where none should be) -  -1pt.(Tests/Lang. -limit 5)

       Have a good attitude!!!!!
