TRANSPORTATION CALLS

As established in the School Handbook, the school office requests parents to send transportation arrangements in writing the morning of or call the school office NO LATER THAN 3 PM.  Please include the following in the note:  Student's full name, Student Grade, Subject (car line pick-up, Ride Bus, Office pick-up, doctor appointment, etc.)  Or you may use the below form to make it easier for our office staff.  Thanks!
