Admissions Procedure

1. Contact the KCA school office at 301-994-3080 to request an admissions packet or download forms below.

2. New students are required to take an entrance exam; this test may be taken prior to completing the admissions application.  Call the office to set up a testing date and time.  The fee for this test is $90 per student, due on or before the test date. 

3. After evaluation of the exam, and consultation with administration, the parents will be notified of the student's grade placement and any special conditions that may apply. 

4. Submit a completed application form with a $130 per student registration fee. (These fees are capped at $390 per family.)

5. A new family matriculation fee of $350 is due at registration for the first year a family enrolls at KCA.  This is a one-time initial fee.  This fee is applicable for new families enrolling students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12.

(All fees are non-refundable)

Only new students transferring from out of state schools must fill out the Physical Form, Maryland Department of Health Immunization Certificate, and Blood Lead Testing Certificate.  The state of Maryland requires these forms for all Maryland students.
